Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Noorjahan Artist Institute. Please read this policy carefully. By purchasing our courses, events, or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Strict No-Refund Policy for Courses
Due to the digital nature of our online courses, masterclasses, and downloadable resources, all sales are final. Once a course is purchased and access is granted to the Student Dashboard, the intellectual property is immediately delivered. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
Live Events & Workshops
Tickets purchased for live offline workshops or online webinars are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request access to the recorded session (if applicable). Refunds are strictly limited to instances where the event is canceled by Noorjahan Artist Institute.
Art Commissions
Advance payments made for custom artwork commissions cover the immediate cost of premium materials and time reservations. Therefore, the booking advance is strictly non-refundable once the creative process has begun.
Duplicate Payments
If a technical error results in you being charged twice for the exact same transaction, please contact us immediately. Upon verification, the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Technical Issues
If you face any issues accessing your purchased courses due to platform errors, our support team will resolve it for you immediately. Technical difficulties on the user's end (e.g., poor internet, incompatible devices) do not qualify for a refund.
